1. SHIPPING

    AP Life ships goods calculating costs based on weight and destination within the USA using national and/or international couriers. Generally, all items are ready for delivery and are shipped within 1/2 working days (Monday - Saturday) from the receipt of the order payment. If one or more items are not immediately available, shipping may take a few extra days for sourcing (shipment within 4/5 working days). In the latter case, AP Life will notify the Customer of the extended wait times. The Customer may choose to cancel the order without incurring any penalties.
    Upon the arrival of the goods, Customers must carefully inspect the package before signing for receipt of the shipment. If, for any reason, the package appears tampered with or damaged, Customers are requested to sign for receipt "WITH RESERVE," or refuse delivery. If the delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, Customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and inform AP Life at info@aplife.net.
    If the package is not delivered due to reasons attributable to the Customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect phone number, etc.) or if the customer refuses delivery for reasons other than those indicated, shipping costs will still be retained in the event of merchandise return.

  2. TRACKING

    Upon shipment, the Customer will be notified via email with the tracking number to monitor the progress of the shipment on the courier's website. The tracking number may not be immediately visible on the courier's website due to delays in updating courier systems. In this case, we recommend trying again after a few hours.

  3. RETURNS

    To exercise the right of return, the Customer must send an email to info@aplife.net within 14 working days of receiving the products purchased through the website and, within this timeframe (i.e., 14 days from receipt of the merchandise), return the goods to AP Life LLC 640 Clematis St. Unit 506 - West Palm Beach, FL 33402-5021, upon authorization received from AP Life in response to the email sent. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following irrevocable conditions:

    - the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety;
    - it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g., accessories, attached software, etc.);
    - the right does not apply to sealed audiovisual products or computer software (including those attached to hardware), once opened;
    - the purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging complete in all its parts (including packaging and any accompanying documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc.); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, placing it in a second box; the affixing of labels or adhesive tape directly on the original packaging of the product should be avoided in all cases;
    - the shipping costs related to the return of the goods are borne by the Customer unless there is objective liability on the part of AP Life. In the latter case, AP Life will bear the cost of shipping for the return of the merchandise;
    - the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer;
    - in case of damage to the goods during transport, AP Life will notify the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in our warehouses), to allow them to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by them and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this eventuality, the product will be made available to the Customer for return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request;
    - AP Life is in no way liable for damages or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments;
    - subject to any restoration costs for damage ascertained to the original packaging, AP Life will refund the Customer the entire amount already paid, within a maximum of 10 days from the return of the goods, through a refund procedure of the amount debited to the payment method chosen by the Customer at the time of purchase finalization or, if different, agreed upon between the parties. In the latter case, it will be the Customer's responsibility to promptly provide the details for the refund.
    - The right of withdrawal lapses entirely if the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents) is lacking, in cases where AP Life finds:
    - the absence of the external packaging and/or original internal packaging;
    - the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, etc.) or anomalies to the product itself;
    - damage to the product due to causes other than its transport.
    In the event of withdrawal of the right of withdrawal, AP Life will return the purchased item to the sender, charging them for the shipping costs.
